Christmas? What Christmas?

Christmas comes and goes so quickly. My 2008, Christmas was so boring. Fine. Not exactly that boring, but, the problem is, i slept through 25th December. Did i miss anything Christmas related? Cause when i woke up, i was thinking "Dang. What did i miss?" Christmas has done nothing to me this year. It's like "Christmas? So what?" My past year's Christmases wasn't anything like this. If i remembered correctly, 2007's 25 Dec, i was asked to watch a movie, treated arcade, ate sushi, recieved and gave a present and invited to my neighbour's house for Xmas dinner. This year, i recieved a good night sleep. Okay. A good day's sleep.
What Xmas has done to me this year.
1.Recieved a few "Merry Christmas" tags. (Tyvm btw.)
2.Recieved a few SMSes and MMSes containing a few Xmas related content.
3.Gave and recieved a few Xmas greetings.
4. A feeling of exihilaration by thinking "Wow! It's Christmas!"
5.A feeling of dread as school is re-opening.
6.A feeling of regret as "Damn. I wasted my Christmas!"
7.Not allowing me to have my soft-drink as the shop below is closed for Xmas.
8.Something to blog about.
2008's Christmas is nothing. I hope New Year will yield more fun. 2009 countdown!!! And i'm addicted to RuneScape II again. I know that it's a lame game. But it gives me fun and saves me from falling into the dark pits of boredom. And my current blogskin might just very well be my permanent skin. =D

MERRY CHRISTMAS AND A HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!

Didn't sleep last night. Right after the buffet, i blogged and streamed Rush Hour 2 from http://www.watch-movies.com/. Till morning. At 8:34, a friend called and asked me accompany him to buy Secondary 1 school books. Cabbed to East Spring Sec. That's school's rather nice huh? Cabbed back to Street 11 and dumped the books at his house at his house, called another friend and we went swimming! Bike there, swam, and back. 0.o Played Counter-Strike for 45 mins and left. I pwnded them!!! Followed him to buy a Tamiya car. Asswipe. Secondary one alr and still playing Tamiyas? Drive a real car man! While we were looking at the cars on the tracks he pang-seh us. What the fuck? Went back to Street 11 and pranked people. Involves taping a scotch-tape across the lift's doorway and looking at their reactions when they exited. Rather lame actually. But if you were there, you would have laughed at their reactions. Went home and slept from 5pm to 12am+. Refreshed man! And waiting for School Of Rock to buffer. That's all folks! Buffet!

Wakaka! Went to a buffet at Tampines Safra with my Uncle, Aunt and two cousins. Woah. The food there is super nice. I loved the Teriyaki Chicken and Lamb Stew. A and yeah, the Sushi too. The Japs really give them wierd names. Maki-Sushi. Assorted Chirashi-Sushi. Inari-Sushi. There's this Sushi which colour looks like Char-Siew but is actually squid. =D The Fish Otah tasted terrible, just like rubber. The chef ought to be fired. Practice as an apprentice for another 10 years. In fact, i've tasted some great-tasting Otahs from unlicensed stalls on the streets. If the cops come, pack up and run. The Mango Pudding was especially great. Should have brought some home. I took some Toberone Chocs back too. I think it isn't allowed. And there is this dumb rule too. You have to pay $5 for every 100 grams of leftover food. It is prominent on every table. But they don't really enforce the rule lahs. When i ate the Pizza and placed the rest on a plate, the person just came and took it away. Just propaganda man. To prevent food wastage i think. Argh. Super full man. 12:51am

Swimming!

Slept at 6am and woke up later at 11am. Damn, i'm really tired now and my eyelids are really heavy. I feel like closing my eyes and tell myself "Okay, i will take a really short nap for 10 mins." And i bet i'll sleep through the night till' tomorrow's afternoon. Had an appointment with ***. (He requested not to be named.) Was supposed to cycle but was changed to swimming at the very last minute. In fact, an hour before the meeting. Cycled to Tampines Interchange and locked the bike. Following that, i recieved a call from ***, he said he was on the bus while the caller ID evidently showed his home number. He said it was connected. What? Arggh. Forget it. I was thinking of going to Tamipines Swimming Complex. But was dragged onto bus 27. Our destination. SengKang Sports And Recreation Centre. Should have never mention place to ***. Called Boon Ho to tag along too since he lived near the area. After what seemed like hours, no, ages, he finally arrived. Took and LRT to the centre. We were now at Compassvale. We had to take the LRT to Farmway station. What a dumb name. There's also this Tong Kang, Runggang, Thangam. It was like foreign land. And by the way Chay Boon Ho, LRT is an acronym for Light Rail Transit, not Light Rapid Transit. Still had to a fair bit of distance to walk. Reached. Swam. There's this 4 storey slide. 2 tunnels, 4 open airs, 2 2nd storey slides. Yeah, compared to Wild Wild Wet, it seems like peanuts. But the price as compared to are like peanuts too. Stardard Swimming Complex prices, 80 cents for a child ticket. I didn't like the slide as it sorta "dunks" your head underwater after you land. That's when the water goes up your nose too and makes you feel funny.I waited while *** and Boon Ho took the slides. Haha, Boon Ho didn't want to take the slides again as he disliked it. *** enjoyed it though. Waited for hime while he took the slides again, and again, and again. There's this indoor pool. Extremely cold as the sun can't shine onto the water. The two of them said they can't swim. Big fat liars! When we had a race, they were much ahead of me. Then i started to disturb them, i tried to push Boon Ho into the water but he held onto *** and dragged him down too. Yeahs! Double Kill!!! WooHoo! We started doing silly things like wrestling in the water, pushing each other, dunking each other until a lifeguard whistled at us. Then we gave him this sheepish face. When he went, we resumed our silly antics again. Boys will be boys. There's this Jacuzzi too. Warm water, water jets. Woah! Went to the bay pool and sat there waiting for the torrade of water to decend us from the giant pail. You know those things, water slowly fills up a big pail ontop with water, and when it gets full it will tip the water all over us. Woah!!! Went to the deep pool (1.8M) and found out it was scary as i couldn't swim very well. I kept hugging the edge like a noob. Well, i'm a swimming noob. Went to eat after showering and changing. Who knows why after swimming, you feel extremely hungry? All 3 of us ate Instant Noodles. Delicious. Took a bus to SengKang interchange. And from there, took the LRT the bus-stop. Could have just took a direct LRT to the bus-stop. Thanks to Boon Ho, a resident of SengKang, who claims that there is a direct bus home. Applause. Went to TM and rode home. =D Cheers. 10:33pm. How's it?


Woke up at 3pm today. Woah! Feeling super cold. I was friken shivering when i was showering. Brrr.. Went to the Tampines Mall on my bike and met my cousin. Got treated Pizza Hut! Meat's Galore. YeeHa!!! The chicken soup was awesome!!! Tastes like Campbells. Exactly. It was great, especially the chunks of meat and suasages. My cousin said the sausages were salty. Can't appreciate food. After that, went to get my bag. I think it's slightly too colourful. Hmm. But not that bad. Got it from Yellow. A brand which i have never heard of. I think it's rather nice. The lace of the bag was actually black but i changed it to checkered. Went to Tampines Regional Library and got some books. A Spot Of Bother and another unknown book. Went home. Later, around 8, My uncle brought us out and we went back to TM again. Should have stayed there. Arghs. Went to this "Teppanyaki Sakae" which is just opposite "Sakae Sushi", located at Tampines, Century Square, Basement 1. I ordered this Beef Set which cost $19.99. Woah! Just for a steak of beef, A small bown of rice, A rather bland bowl of soup, Shitake Mushrooms (Yum!) Egg Omelette and Goose's Liver. Drinks are even sold separately. Hoorays for Lemonade!!! Thank goodness i'm not the one paying. The food there was nice too. Shall update again tomorrow. =D BYES! 2:24am.

Woke up at 1:30pm. Weny swimming with friends today. We kept running up the slide instead of going to the back and using the stairs. And then this old man life-guard kept looking at us and shaking his finger at us. Siao. Went cycling to Bedok Reservoir later and down the big, big moonsoon drain. We rode in the water at the middle. Watacula! So fun! My friend kept saying the water was dirty and he tried to get out. Lol. He slipped on the algae growing on the sides. Haha. Serves him right, i told him to stay. Went out later because this old auntie kept staring at us. Nosey parker.... Played void-deck soccer. Went for tuition at 8pm. Finished at 9:30pm and lepak at the garden with friends. Wanted to go to the convenience store and get drinks so he fetched me on his bike. Damn, i pulled the hood of his hoodie and we both fell. Damn, my knee still hurts. He kept complaining that his hood loose alr then i keep laughing because my knee very pain. Friday is a lousy day for cycling. Damn. Friday is bad luck Lol. Idk why i laugh. Went home. I know this is one one my boringest updates ever. I also don't kn ow why the standard had dropped so greatly. Shall update more interesting posts tmr.

Hello. You people believe in doomsday? Well, there's one coming supposingly. Scientist believe mankind will end on 21th December 2012. NASA has detected an unknown mass which orbits around the galaxy and will hit the earth every 3200 years. The next "hit" is due on 21th Dec 2012. Also, by the end of 2011, you can see the object heading towards earth. This was what scientist believe destroyed the Dinosaurs. In the first quarter of 2001, the Sun switched magnetic poles. This occurs every eleven years. Prior to this the Sun's north magnetic pole was at the north rotational pole. Now the Sun's north magnetic pole is at its south pole. Since opposite poles attract, the magnetic poles of the Earth and Sun are now at their most stable.
Just about the time of Dec 2012, the Sun's poles will switch back. During this switch there will be a tendency for the Sun's magnetic field to pull the Earth's field with it.
If the Earth's magnetic poles switch, this would put stress on the planet aggravating earthquakes and volcanos. Also, there is this ancient Mayan calendar which holds a prophecy of the earth's future and has been around for more then 5000 years. The calendar ends on 21th Dec 2012. The Mayans are a group of ancient people capable of predictions. 21 Dec 2012 is a widely known date for doomsday and is more then crap. Hi peeps. This is my 3rd paranormal/supernatural story. Just as i promised, todays's post will be about some unearthly activities in my house last time. I did not stay in Tampines all the way. The story starts at Bedok. I lived at Bedok North and only moved to Tampines when i was 6. In year 2000's Hungry Ghost Festival, my mum met a boy below our bedok's block. the boy had no face. Yeah, he is what you think it is. When my we moved to tampines, the boy followed us too. My home in Tampines had a guest room, and that was the room of the boy. My mum would always wake up to find the body standing beside the bed, the boy never harmed us. He would always exit by the guest room's window (To go out and play?) as our front door was guarded by a statue of Guan-Yin. The boy was extremely playful and naughty. I had a maid last time, and the boy always liked to pinch the maid while she was sleeping, but he was never allowed to touch me, or to show himself to me, he would always be seen flitting from the guest room to the master's bedroom. My cousin who came to visit once slept in the guest room and felt someone squashing her on to the bed for 5mins. When i moved to the guest room, she said "You're sleeping in that room? Be careful." The boy has not been seen for a long time since. He was either "caught" or reincarnated.

Marbles?

70% of Singaporeans live in HDB flats. And out of this 70%, more than half of them hear weird noises from the unit above. Be it marbles dropping or heavy furniture being shifted. Are you one of them? It may not be as simple as it seems. People blame the marbles noises on the water pipes contracting and expanding in hot/cold weather, others blame it on the occupants upstairs. As for me, i hear both noises. My neighbours upstairs don't have children, much less anyone playing with marbles. And this is 2008. Where can you easily find marbles to buy? And why would you even spend time playing with them when there are so many game consoles around? Playstations, computers, TVs......... As for the water pipes, it's impossible. What i can hear is a distinct tiak......tiak........tiak........tiak. Pipes don't do that! As for the furniture problem, who would go dragging the sofa around at 3am? Damn. My next door neighbour experiences a similar problem. The unit above my next door neighbour is unoccupied. It has been vacant for a year now. Yet they still hear something. Who knows, it may be a ghost-boy playing with marbles upstairs. (Marbles are popular in your parent's childhood times. Goli Goli, they call it.) Who cares anyway, it is the upstair's problems. There is something unwelcome in their house, not yours. Unless...... Unless you happen to something going tiak...... tiak....... tiak....... beside your bed while your sleeping, then, you know, i know. =D And if you happen to live on the top floor of the building and the same thing, also, you know, i know. =D

EVSS is HAUNTED!!!

Hi guys, true to my word, i have posted yet another paranormal story. Yeah, you EVSS peeps WILL be interested. It's about East View Sec. Not sure if it's true, but i never once felt weird in Evss. This following story is about what a Sec 5 ex-student saw in Evss. "I’m an ex student of East View Secondary School. Sumthing eerie happened to me when I was in Sec 5, during my NCC camp. It happened at 1am in the morning. Everyone of my friends were already asleep except fer me and two other of my friends. We had nuthing betta to do, so one of my friends suggested, “Why don’t we take a look at the fourth floor? I heard it’s haunted.” Without anything to be scared of, we headed fer the forth floor.
At first, everything seemed fine until we heard a loud breaking of glass. Being curious, we decided to follow where the sound came from. It definitely came from one of the science labs. But which one? Everyone of the science lab is locked. Everything was getting too creepy. My hairs started to stand. We then decided to go down and sleep. Suddenly, chill ran down my spine when we noticed a skeleton’s head peeping out of the science lab. We ran down as quickly as we can, not brave enuff to turn our heads back. From then on, we never decided to explore the forth floor."

Red house and weird shit.

Went to the Red House today. It's reputed to be haunted. We entered by the dog hole at the back of the house. Went in and heard something drop near the shed. Woah. Went into the house. It's really dalipidated. We could also smell perfume too, like Frangipani or something. Weird. We felt cold too although the sun was shining outside. Weird.... Went out of the house through the front gate. We didn't see anything though. I researched online and found out some interesting things. Some say that the twin stone lions in front of the house turn their heads according to the time. (Really cool way to tell the time eh?) A forum said that if you hide somewherre near the house and look at the twin lions, you should see their heads turn real slow. If you plan on entering from the front, you have to put sweets or ciggarettes in the lion's mouths first. That is because you have to step on them to climb the gate. (You don't have to now. A barrier has been put in front of the gate which you can step onto.) If you enter the compund and peep in one of the windows, you should see a doll on a rocking chair. It will scream if you try to remove it. Also, there's a big hole in the middle. Didn't see it though. People also say there are mirrors around the house. Where? I didn't see any. If you stare at a painting of a lady, her eyes bulge and glow red. Do not look up at the trees. You will see something hanging there. If you throw firecrackers into the compound, look up at the roof. Something extra-ordinary will be there. If you want to go there, play safe and go in the day. Cross the field and enter through the back. Avoid contact with the lions. Do not look up at the trees. There's a big hole in the middle too. Police will patrol pass the house at 2am to deter potential tresspassers and to render assistance if needed. It's called the Red House because the roof and floor are made of bricks. But if you see the whole house red, leave immedieatly. The place's 500m from E-hub. Yeah! Go there during your chalets at Aloha Loyang or at Downtown East! Forget Wild Wild Wet! According to the information given by police, this house has been standing there since 1950s. The owner of the house was C.K.Tang. (The owner of Tangs, the shopping mall or something?) But soon, it was deserted. No one knows what C.K.Tang planning to do with the house except himself. On the 7th January 2002, somebody found a police report that indicated there was a murder case involving a husband and wife who used live in that house. The wife was killed and the spirits has not been resting since. Rumor said that the big old tree behind the house is where this spirit shelters itself. Nonetheless, a more accurate report showed that the red house was once a child care center rather than a residential dwelling. It has a few blocks and each one has a name. It was later converted into a dancing school before it was deserted. The house is still intact as it was originally built from the first day. Throughout the years, many people have had visited the red house although it is a private property. Police patrols routinely, endlessly and purposely come and catch tresspassers as it has become a hot ghost hunting place. The neighbours who live near the red house are particularly sensitive and noisy. They must have been frequently annoyed by groups of people who always come visit this place. The house is surrounded by three blocks of houses. The neighbours will not hesitate to report to police should they see anyone entered the red house. Catching and warning the trespassers have become a common job for the local policemen too. However we heard that some youngsters vowed to burn down the neighbour's houses after they were caught by police, sabotaged by the noisy neighbours of course. We just hope that won't happen. We don't need another haunted house beside the red house with the owners murdered. Smoking Lions (Source: Hearsay from a SPI fan) There is a famous urban legend appearing in forums: "The lions statues are alive. When you walk pass them at midnight, they will turn their heads looking at you." The lion statues in front of the Red House have become mythical. Some people have reported that they hear them roar at night, and some said they saw their eyes glowed. However, we have got a chilling account sent by a SPI fan. Here is the story: This is a true story. I live in Tampines. My friend and I used to venture into red house to explore. It has a stone wall which is not too tall. An easy way is to jump up to the lion, then step on its head and climb over the front gate. It was kind of like Jackie Chan's stunt act. However, I had a weird feeling that I should be very guilty in stepping on the lion's head. This idea kept knocking on my head. Anyway, we sneaked in successfully and were happily inside the red house checking every corner. We care less any other thing. But the fxxking busy body neighbours called the police. Before the police came, we were rushing out mad to the gate. My friend, without any hesitation climbed over the gate and stepped on the lion's head again just like a reverse of how we got in. I was very panic when I heard a car dashing here from a distance that I believed was the police. But my guilt consciousness just didn't allow me to go ahead - to step on the lion. A minute later, I was caught by the police and my friend managed to escape. I got interrogated by the police, jotted down my IC number, and warned for trespassing into a private property. Luckily they let me go without any charges.But a month later, a horrible accident happened to my friend. That was the weirdest thing I have ever heard about and it happened to my friend. A lamp post suddenly fell down and hit my friend's head. He was hospitalized, and died at approximately the same time that he stepped on the lion's head. I was too scared to tell this to anyone. But still I want to warn all you folks. DON'T MESS WITH THE LIONS. I don't even want to go near Pasir Ris anymore, and this is my last time mentioning about the red house.

If you are those "gung ho" types and want to check out a few "haunted" areas, check out Old Changi Hospital and Matilda's house. There is this haunted flat in bedok too. Have you ever been to Sunplaza Park? There's a cycling Trail behind it. Never go at night after 8. Firstly, it's super dark and next, i saw something there before. Me and co decided to go up the cycling trail at 6. You went really deep in to up the hill. At 7, the views really nice. You can see Ikea and all. =D We left a little late and got lost as we can't see anything. We finally figured our way out and to our horror, we saw this white figure standing on top of the hill exactly where we have been! We cycled out. And there's this thing on Friday. We, my friend and his cousin were cycling and we cycled through North Park. When we exited the park, his cousin said "I want to go home." When a friend asked "Why?" He said "F*** you ah, my problem ah." We were shocked! He was actually a very nice person and never scolded vulgarities. He then started crying and proceeded to laugh histerically. We and 2 others in the group were like "wtf?" We stopped at 301, opp 201 and talked to him. He then stared at the distance and repeated "I want to go home." My friend suspected something was wrong and asked "Where's your home?" He pointed to the tree and cried. Me and the 2 cycled to Street 11 FAST. We were scared luh. The next day, My friend said he got possesed. We haven't seen his cousin since. And i didn't bother finding out the rest of the story.

Don's Chalet!!!

I was playing watching television on Saturday, 4pm when my phone rang and i answered the phone to find Don's voice on the line. He asked if i wanted to go to E-Hub to follow him to get a Christmas present for his cousin, naturally, as i was bored, i agreed. Later, at 5pm, he called again and asked if i wanted to go to his chalet. I was like "What the shiiit?!" Whatever. I went to ,the chalet, which was located at Downtown East, similar to our 2008's class chalet, just at a different block. When i reached there at 10pm, i saw many unfamiliar faces around and was pulled into the room. Derek and Pinky, both from EVSS, were there. Derek is Don's cousin and Pinky is his girlfriend. Haha, the chalet room was exactly the same as the class chalet's room!!!!!!! We played cards and i was offered food and drinks. Don's mum offered me Green Tea, which was one of my hates! XD! Then came a plate of Satay and BBQ chicken wings. I did not feel hungry and was abit like "Paiseh" so i emptied the plate of chicken and put it on the satay, returned the plate and told Don's mum i had finish the food. =D. We continued our card game and Derek was playing cards and tellin' jokes. Suddenly, a man came and tapped my shoulder and said "Eh brother." I was like "Huh?" Then he Eh brother again and i keep quiet. Then he at there talk alot of crap to me. After that he went away. Derek played cards with Don's uncle and the loser had to remove his shirt. Derek lost, haha. After that, many people came and we had no space on the bed and me and Don had to move down to the roll bed. Me and Don lied down and played PSP and Pinky said we were gay. O.o June and Jessie (The 8 year old from Don's blog.) were there too. Don wanted to watch "Meet The Spartans" which i had rented before coming. While we were watching, i realised the awful truth about Jessie. And i agree with Jolene's comments about Jessie on her blog =D, (http://vulnerable-x.blogspot.com/) for she's really irritating and noisy. Can't concentrate on the show. We planned to watch a movie, so we went to E-Hub's Cathay. I had to sneak away, cause the man, Derek's dad wanted to Eh brother me again. Watched a midnight show, Madagascar Escape 2 Africa. I didn't watch the first Madagascar but it's alright, the first and the second doesn't really have any link anyways. Rather boring, but still alright. Went back at 3 plus and bought drinks. Went back to the room and found out that many people went home, including Derek, Pinky, Don's mum and all the other adults. Only Don's dad stayed. I listened to music while Don was watching June play DJ MAX Portable 2, Jessie and Uncle Peter sleeping and eventually fell asleep at 4 plus. Woke up at 6:15am and found the duo slackin' at the BBQ area. Went to mac and slacked somemore till 7 plus. June was quarrelling with Jessie as Jessie supposingly spoilted June's phone. Don also kept saying "si lor" from yesterday. Remember the class chalet, while everyone was pillow fighting, then Dean came in and scolded everyone and everyone just quiet and only Lionel there "si lor, si lor." Later, Don was tryin' to sleep while i was trying to make him laugh. I failed. So Don and June slept. Know what, Don looks super cute with his glasses of and sleeping!!! I read The Newpaper, showered and played my PSP in the meantime. Don woke up at 12 plus, took the PSP, on for 1 min, put beside him and sleep. WTF? When they finally woke up at 2, me, June, Jessie and Uncle Peter went to Mac and bought back food to eat., We tried to watch "Meet The Spartans" again and finally had some peace and quiet. The silence was broken by Derek's loud banging on the door. Haizz... People poured into the room and the movie watching attempt was busted again. They cooked curry and i had some curry with bread. After that, Derek don't know go where and the uncles and aunties go outside and played cards. Tried to ask Jolene to come too but she couldn't. I lied down and closed my eyes at 4 plus and Don also copy me. Seeing the shit, June also copy. 3 of us slept very soundly till 7, i woke up for awhile and slept again. Finally 3 of us woke up at 12am and we went out to grab some food. Ate sausages, fishballs and chicken. Jay (Don's little cousin. Perhaps 4 years old?) was there too playing with his water gun. After eating, the rest of them went to Mac. Leaving me and Don in the room. We played PSP and talked alot of crap and laugh until bomb. =D!!! Watched the rest of the movie and hitched a ride back home on Don's car at 2 plus. I meant, Don's aunt's car. =DDD. Had a great time with Don at the chalet. Thanks for the invite. =D 3:35am.
